Content Submission, News Coverage, Event Coverage & Publishing Terms

(WeTel TV / WeTel.News / WeTel World Group)

By submitting any content, engaging WeTel TV / WeTel.News for news gathering, press release publishing, interviews, event coverage, or entering into any media collaboration or partnership, the submitting party, organiser, client, or contributor (“Client/Organiser”) agrees to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Editorial Control & Content Rights

    WeTel TV / WeTel.News retains absolute editorial control and reserves the unrestricted right, at its sole discretion, to edit, modify, rewrite, adapt, translate, shorten, expand, recreate, reproduce, archive, republish, or decline any content to meet editorial, legal, technical, or platform requirements. All editorial decisions are final.

    WeTel may publish, distribute, syndicate, reuse, or promote the content anytime, anywhere, worldwide, across all current and future media formats, platforms, and channels without limitation.

  2. Publication, Removal & Timelines

    WeTel reserves the unconditional right to publish, delay, suspend, withdraw, or permanently remove any content at any time, with or without prior notice and without assigning any reason.

    For paid press release services, publication is typically completed within 24 to 48 business hours from receipt of final approved content and payment; however, timelines are indicative and not guaranteed, and no refund of paid fee in any case or circumstances pre or post event. All payment should be in 100% advance.

  3. Ownership, License & Permissions

    The Client/Organiser confirms that all submitted content is lawful and that they possess all necessary rights, permissions, releases, consents, and authorisations. By submission, the Client/Organiser grants WeTel TV / WeTel.News a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, promote, and archive the content.

  4. Content Responsibility & Indemnity

    All responsibility for the accuracy, legality, originality, claims, statements, representations, images, videos, logos, branding, and compliance of the content rests solely with the Client/Organiser or content owner.

    The Client/Organiser agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WeTel World Group, WeTel TV, WeTel.News, and their owners, directors, employees, affiliates, partners, contractors, and representatives from any claims, disputes, damages, penalties, losses, or legal expenses arising from the content or event.

  5. No Liability for Sensitive, Third-Party or Jurisdictional Matters

    WeTel shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for content related to or impacting:

    Individuals, organisations, speakers, sponsors, or public figures
    Political opinions, religious beliefs, cultural sentiments, or national matters
    Defamation, misinformation, emotional distress, reputational impact, or third-party disputes

    All opinions and statements remain solely those of the source or speaker.

  6. On-Site Event Coverage, Safety & Physical Liability

    For any on-site shooting, filming, photography, live coverage, or reporting, the event organiser is solely responsible for:

    Obtaining all venue, authority, and participant permissions
    Ensuring site safety, crowd control, and compliance with laws
    Providing secure access, insurance, and necessary clearances

    WeTel TV / WeTel.News and its affiliated teams shall not be liable for any physical injury, accident, damage to property, personal harm, loss, or incident occurring before, during, or after the event. All financial, legal, insurance, and safety-related liabilities rest exclusively with the event organiser.

  7. Branding, Publicity & Media Partnership Rights (Collaboration / Barter)

    In any media collaboration or partnership, WeTel World Group shall enjoy full branding, publicity, and promotional rights as a barter consideration against media coverage, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

    This includes, without limitation:

    Display and promotion of WeTel Group branding and logos, including those of all group companies,
    Permission to set up booths, stalls, kiosks, or branding zones at the event venue,
    Brand visibility across the event site, stage backdrops, digital screens, and promotional materials,
    Recognition and promotion as “Official Media Partner” by the event organiser across all online and offline platforms, including social media, websites, posters, and announcements.

    The event organiser shall actively promote WeTel World Group and its companies as the Media Partner for the event.

  8. Independent Content Creation by WeTel

    WeTel TV / WeTel.News shall have the unrestricted right to create, publish, and promote independent editorial, promotional, and branded content related to the event, highlighting and positioning WeTel as the Media Partner, without requiring additional approvals from the organiser.

  9. No Guarantees

    WeTel provides no guarantee regarding audience reach, engagement, media pickup, commercial outcome, publicity value, or public response arising from any coverage or publication.

  10. Limitations of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, WeTel World Group, WeTel TV, and WeTel.News shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, reputational, emotional, psychological, financial, or business-related damages, whether arising from publication, modification, delay, removal, non-publication, or event coverage.

  11. Acceptance of Terms

    Participation in coverage, submission of content, engagement of services, or confirmation of collaboration constitutes full, unconditional, and binding acceptance of these terms and disclaimer.
